History
Netspace was founded in 1996 to help small businesses build and develop websites and their web presence. The Company rose to more than 80 franchises before the bubble bust of the early 2000s, and was sold to current management in 2006.
The Company's new management is comprised of business and Internet professionals who are dedicated to restoring the Company to its previous market leadership position. Looking forward, Netspace will continue to offer the highest standards of professional service while expanding our product and services to incorporate a comprehensive offering that meets the online and offline marketing needs of the SME.
Our Management Team
Neil Swartz - CEO
Neil is the founder and Chairman/CEO of Birch Capital, a Florida based Merchant/Investment Banking firm. Mr. Swartz combines extensive entrepreneurial and fundraising experience to provide clients with uniquely effective financial advisory services. Mr. Swartz served as Managing Director of Sunbelt South East Florida, LLC, a Business Brokerage and Mergers and Acquisition firm with 350 offices worldwide. Prior to this Mr. Swartz was Chairman/CEO of a software company which he took public on the NASDAQ Small Cap Market. From 2002 to Present Neil served as President of Tudog Creative Business Consulting (USA), a Florida based business advisory and implementation firm, where he worked with such firms as Actimize, Digital Fuel, International Lasers Technologies, and many others. Mr. Swartz started his career as a Certified Public Accountant for a Big 4 accounting firm.
Christopher Arthmann - President & COO
Chris has 12 years of high tech experience on the executive level, working with companies such as Alcatel, Internetworking, Samsung, and Xerox. He worked for 5 years as a Business Intermediary with Sunbelt Business Advisors, a national business brokerage firm and is a member of the Business Brokers of South Florida, International Association of Microsoft Certified Professionals, and the South Florida Technology Alliance. Chris is a Certified Expert in Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Citrix, Alcatel, Novell and HP, and was a Certified Project Management PMP (by the Project Management Institute). Chris is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida, as well as a licensed Real Estate Instructor in Florida. Chris has also completed sales training courses at the Sandler Sales Institute and Cisco Systems Executive Training Programs. He teaches graduate level business and project management classes and has an MBA.
Arsen Arabadzhi - Creative Director
Arsen has extensive experience in developing creative marketing strategies and leading teams of internet marketing professionals. Arsen is a graduate of the Web Design College in the Ukraine.

Leonard Swartz - Chairman of the Board
Leading the Company’s Board of Directors is Leonard Swartz. Over the course of a forty-three year career in franchising, Mr. Swartz has been the president of six different firms and a senior executive at four more, including prominent franchisors Dunkin’ Donuts, a division of Snelling & Snelling, ADECCO (Adia Services), Postal Instant Press (PIP Printing), and a division of ITT. His “hands-on” experience in unmatched in franchising.
After spending some forty years in senior franchise management positions, Mr. Swartz spent a decade heading the franchise practice of Arthur Andersen. In addition to his work with the iFranchise Group, Mr. Swartz is a member of both Board of Directors and Advisory Boards of companies and has provided consulting services to dozens of Fortune 2000 businesses, as well as to hundreds of smaller franchisors.
Mr. Swartz is a noted authority on international franchising, and has authored numerous articles on both international franchising and franchising in general. He is a former member of the Franchise and Business Advisory Committee to the North American Security Administrators Association (NASAA) and has been a speaker on numerous occasions at franchise shows and conventions around the world.
Mr. Swartz is active in the International Franchise Association is designates as a Certified Franchise Executive and is either a member or former member of the International Affairs Committee and the Finance, Audit, and Budget Committee. He is a trustee of the International Franchise Associations’ Educational Foundation the Counsel of Franchise Suppliers Advisory Board of Governors; and is the Treasurer of the International Certified Franchise Executives Committee.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Swartz is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, the Illinois and Massachusetts CPA Societies, and is an Associate Member of the American Bar Association. He received his Bachelors Degree with Honors from Northeastern University, and has completed graduate work in Business Administration, Marketing, and Finance.
Craig Frank - Board Member
Mr. Frank is CEO of Tudog International Consulting Inc a Florida based advisory and implementation firm linking strategy with performance through the development and execution of highly innovative business practices. The Company offers a broad range of marketing related business services designed to promote profitability and create value.
Mr. Frank has worked with more than 185 companies, large and small, from 16 countries including the United States, Canada, Israel, Germany, Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Brazil, Chile, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Honduras.
Mr. Frank lectures widely on business and marketing matters at universities and conferences, including regular lectures at Florida International University, guest lectures at Florida Intercontinental University, workshop presentation at The Sterling Council Annual Conference, and keynote appearances at the World Association of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises Annual Conference (Romania), and the International Conference on Project Management (Israel). Craig is also widely published, with guest columns in a number of newsletters and magazines (Pino Entrepreneurship Center Newsletter, Guatemala-America Chamber of Commerce Magazine, Romania Business Alliance Newsletter), and was the monthly marketing columnist for The Source for Business, a Florida based small and medium sized enterprise publication.
Mr. Frank serves on the Board of Directors of the publicly traded American Locker Security Systems (AGLI) and has served on the Boards of Advisors of Trade Layers, Actimize, Ombek, Gather Technologies, and Worldlane.com. Mr. Frank serves on the Board of Directors of the Neve Michael Children's Village, an Israeli home for underprivileged children.
