Birch Holdings, a Florida based group of seasoned business professionals, announced today that they have purchased the assets of Netspace, a franchise company in the website development and marketing sector.
"We are excited by the opportunity to reinvigorate the Company and restore the potential to a great concept serving an attractive market", said Christopher Arthmann, Netspace International Inc. newly appointed President and CEO. "We are eager to build value for our investors and shareholders and introduce levels of service and products that meet the competitive needs of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, allowing them to leverage the promise of the Internet to grow their businesses".
Plans are underway to launch Netspace International , Inc. immediately and engage in a major revision of Company processes in order to upgrade customer service and ensure the delivery of quality products. The plan includes the establishment of strategic partnerships with service providers, the hiring of experts in the web marketing arena, and the establishment of communication channels with existing franchisees.
"We believe in the Netspace concept and have an execution plan that allows us, we think, to fully realize its capacity and provide a viable web enabling vehicle for SMEs", says Christopher Arthmann.
Netspace International will be issuing announcements as developments transpire and milestones are met.
